Diane Rucker
Diane Rucker has over twenty years of experience in the high tech, healthcare, data storage, and automotive industries. She founded Silverbow Consulting to meet the need for data-driven strategy.
Diane has extensive experience in business strategy and growth, and has held leadership roles in innovation, engineering design, product management, and technology transfer. She collaborated with MIT’s Trust Center for Entrepreneurship to help global regions encourage and foster startups. Her research and work with business ecosystems has taken her across the globe, from cosmopolitan cities in North America and Europe, to a camel souk (market) in the Middle East. Most recently, she worked with Carrot Health, a data analytics startup in healthcare, as the Vice President of Client Services.
She graduated from MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA, specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She also holds degrees in Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan and from MIT, and is an active part of the growing Twin Cities entrepreneurial ecosystem.
